Returns Policy
We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn't right, you have the right to return it — your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are summarised below, in plain English.
1. Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To meet the deadline, just send us your decision to cancel before that 14-day period is up.

2. Returning the goods
After you tell us you are cancelling, you have 14 more days to send the goods back to us at the address we will give you in our reply.
The goods must be:
- Unused and unwashed;
- In their original condition with all tags attached;
- Reasonably re-packaged so they arrive undamaged.
We may reduce your refund if the goods come back showing more than the handling needed to check them in a shop (this is a UK consumer-law right we rarely use, but the law allows it).
3. Return shipping cost
You pay the cost of sending the goods back. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.
If the item arrived faulty or wrong, return shipping is on us — keep the receipt and we'll refund it.
4. Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you proving you sent them, whichever is sooner). The refund covers:
- The price you paid for the items;
- The original standard delivery cost (not any premium upgrade you chose).
Refunds go back to the same payment method you used. Stripe usually settles within 5–10 working days after we trigger the refund.
5. Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If yours aren't, you can choose:
- A free replacement (subject to stock), or
- A repair, or
- A full refund (within the first 30 days of receipt).
Email us with a photo of the issue and your order number — we'll sort it out fast.
6. Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund:
- Items that have been worn or washed;
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
7. How to start a return — quick summary
- Email foryout99@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number.
- We reply with the return address (usually within 1 working day).
- Send the parcel back, tracked.
- We inspect, then refund within 14 days.
8. Your statutory rights
